Beauty Tip: Oil is your friend, not your foe. Our skin produces oil to protect and keep it supple. Using oil on your body actually helps regulate your skin’s oil production – which is key for maintaining healthy, glowing skin.
Bathing: Suitable for all skin types, it is highly relaxing. Pour into a running bath for a soothing soak, or use in the shower to cleanse. Skin will feel nourished and hydrated.
Massage & Moisturise: Applies easily and enriches the skin. Use as a massage oil in sweeping movements towards the heart. Deeply calming and relaxing to the body (and particularly soothing for dry skin) – apply twice per day for maximum benefit.
A little history… Derived from the Latin word, lavera, meaning to wash, aromatic lavender was used by the Romans in their baths and was first recorded by the ancient Egyptians, who used it for soothing ointments and perfumes.
